STUCK MASH!!

Attempting what will likely be the last brew on my current brewery, I cooked up a dopple bock. 7.5hrs later I completed it, after a horribly stuck mash and one heck of a mess! The good news is that I did get 13 gallons at my targeted gravity...as for whether I got good sugar conversion...well that we won't know until the krausen settles.
