First club meeting in TX
Interesting meeting and lots of great beer. I found out that there is a local brewpub that will sell wort to homebrewers for them to ferment with whatever yeast, dry hop, or whatever else they can think of. The call it their "open source" beer. What a neat idea!

That would be FreeTail. google "freetail san antonio". Jason Davis is the head brewer and comes to the Bexar Brewers meetings with something yummy most of the time.
